OFFICIAL RULES
The promotion starts on June 16, 2008 and ends on December 5, 2008. There will be 7 prizes awarded throughout the sweepstakes promotion. Each winner will win a 32 inch HD TV.

HOW TO PLAY
Purchase one of the featured products designated on the sweepstakes sign posted on your vending machine. If you find a promo sticker attached to the product, you are eligible to enter the sweepstakes. The more featured products you purchase, the more you increase your chances to win. To see if you've won you can go on-line to enter your ten-digit promo sticker code and the name of the product that your sticker was attached to.

VERIFICATION
All potential "promo" stickers are subject to verification by the A&B Vending Marketing Team, whose decisions are final, prior to any prizes being awarded. Potential winning "promo" stickers are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained in accordance with these official rules and through legitimate channels or if any part is determined to be reproduced, counterfeited, or tampered with in any way. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

ELIGIBILITY
Promotion is open to all eligible residents in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine, 18 years of age or over, except associates and their families of A&B Vending Company and promotion suppliers. Federal, state and local regulations apply.
